A credit card will be taken at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if an appointment is missed. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours noticed 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. If there is no card on file or the file is incorrect or expired. The amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled. Appointments are booked with a precise amount of time for requested services. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show and charged accordingly as not to affect the clients booked after you. When a No-Show/ Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impacts the stylist and other guests. I understand that sometimes things happen, however, please respect the stylists time as much as I try to respect yours.
